Do my clients ever see ActoAI?
No. Your domain, logos, colours, sending mailbox and mobile apps carry your brand. Even the reseller portal you log into can be white-labelled to your own host.
How do I get paid?
Commission on packages, traffic and AI is credited to your reseller wallet as clients spend. Withdraw by standard bank transfer or instant payout. Cards and payouts run on Stripe.
Can I set my own prices?
You add your markup on top of channel list prices for WhatsApp and SMS, build packages with your own names, limits and included tokens, and request new packages when you need them. Your agreement defines the percentages.
Do I need a developer?
No. The wizard walks you through domain, email, branding and theme, and the app builder produces signed Android and iOS builds. The only technical step is pasting DNS records at your registrar.
What if a client doesn't pay?
Clients are prepaid by default: packages, traffic and AI draw from a wallet they top up. Postpaid terms are something you grant per client, and failed messages are refunded automatically.
